Durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcbungen bleiben auch \u00e4ltere Menschen fit, vital und beweglich &#8211; und Seniorengymnastik hilft dabei.<br \/>Seniorengymnastik ist besonders sinnvoll, da Muskeln und Sehnen trainiert werden und so kr\u00e4ftig und geschmeidig bleiben. Das vorrangige Ziel von Seniorensport ist es, die k\u00f6rperliche Fitness von \u00e4lteren Menschen zu erhalten. Um K\u00f6rperfitness zu erreichen und beizubehalten soll durch Seniorensport die Muskulatur gekr\u00e4ftigt, die Beweglichkeit trainiert, die Koordination verbessert und parallel dazu das Ged\u00e4chtnis fit gehalten werden. Au\u00dferdem kann der Seniorensport die M\u00f6glichkeit bieten aus dem Haus zu kommen und auch im Alter noch neue Bekanntschaften zu schlie\u00dfen. Genau deswegen ist Seniorensport so wichtig. Denn wer k\u00f6rperlich fit ist, kann sich l\u00e4nger selbstst\u00e4ndig bewegen und zurechtfinden. Diese erh\u00f6hte Mobilit\u00e4t erm\u00f6glicht mehr Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit und sorgt so f\u00fcr mehr Lebensfreude im Alltag. Das wirkt sich auf die Stimmung aus und beugt neben k\u00f6rperlichen Schw\u00e4chen auch mentalen Krankheiten vor. Denn Gesundheit von K\u00f6rper und Geist h\u00e4ngen zusammen. Leider bewegen sich jedoch die meisten Menschen im Alter viel zu wenig. Dabei zeigt eine Studie aus Finnland, dass die richtige Kombination aus Kraft- und Ausdauersport mit mentalem Training sogar einer Demenzerkrankung vorbeugen kann. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Seniorengymnastik des TSV Birkenau findet <strong>mittwochs<\/strong> unter der Leitung von J\u00f6rg W\u00e4hner in der <strong>Zeit von 10:00 \u2013 11:00<\/strong> Uhr im Gymnastikraum (ehem.
