Hier werden viele Asanas, wie der ber\u00fchmte Sonnengru\u00df, praktiziert, die auch allen Nicht-Yogis bestens bekannt sind. Wenn Menschen also mit Yoga beginnen, handelt es sich meist um eine Form des Hatha Yoga. Es bietet die perfekte Mischung aus abwechslungsreichen k\u00f6rperlichen \u00dcbungen, Pranayama und Meditation und hilft ihnen dabei den K\u00f6rper zu kr\u00e4ftigen und zur inneren Ruhe zu finden. Gerade Anf\u00e4nger kommen mit Hatha-Yoga sehr gut zurecht und genie\u00dfen diesen k\u00f6rperlichen Einstieg. Denn die Yoga-\u00dcbungen lassen sich relativ einfach lernen und ein schnelles Erfolgserlebnis ist ihnen dadurch sicher. Die drei S\u00e4ulen des Hatha Yoga: K\u00f6rper, Atem und Meditation<br \/>Wer Hatha Yoga regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcbt, kommt schnell in den Genuss der ganzheitlichen<br \/>positiven Effekte. Denn es wirkt gleicherma\u00dfen auf K\u00f6rper, Seele und Geist. Die<br \/>positiven Wirkungen sind \u00fcberdeutlich.
